Survivors social benefits
the right arises from the date of death indicated in the death certificate, or from the date of entry into force of the court decision on declaring the citizen - participant of the system as deceased, or from the date indicated in the court decision on declaring him missing or declaring him dead.
Social benefits on maternity and adoption of a newborn child (children)
the right arises from the date of maternity leave indicated in the temporary disability sheet, or from the date of vacation of the employee who adopted (adopted) a newborn child (children) indicated in the temporary disability sheet
Unemployment social benefit
the right arises from the date of registration of a participant in the compulsory social insurance system as an unemployed person in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan on employment. Does not apply to SAP payers.
Childcare social benefit
the right arises from the date of birth indicated in the birth certificate of the child; in cases of adoption (adoption) of a child (children) and appointment of custody of a child left without parental care, under the age of one year:
- from the date of entry into force of a court decision on the adoption (adoption) of a child (children) or from the date of appointment of the guardian.
Disability social benefits
the right arises from the day the division of medical and social expertise (MSE) establishes the degree of loss of general working capacity (GD) of the system participant.
