Charter of the JSC "State Social Insurance Fund"

Chapter 1. General provisions

1. This Charter of the State Social Insurance Fund Joint Stock Company (hereinafter referred to as the Fund) defines the legal status, goals, objectives, rights and obligations of the Fund, the procedure for the formation and competence of its bodies, the terms of reorganization and termination of activities and other provisions that do not contradict the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan..
