Sole Shareholder
There is the only shareholder as supreme authority of the Fund.
Права и обязанности единственного акционера Фонда устанавливаются Законом Республики Казахстан от 13 мая 2003 года №415 «Об акционерных обществах» с учетом ограничений, установленных Социальным кодексом Республики Казахстан.
The sole founder and participant of the Fund is the State represented by the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
In accordance with the Resolution of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan of February 27, 2004 №237 “On the establishment of the State Social Insurance Fund Joint-Stock Company”, the ownership and use rights of the state-owned shareholding are transferred to the Ministry of Labor and Social Protection of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
