Education:

In 1991, graduated from Leningrad State University, awarded the Order of Lenin and the Order of the Red Banner of Labor.

In 1995, completed postgraduate studies at the All-Union Correspondence Financial and Economic Institute in Moscow.

In 1997, graduated from Karaganda State University named after E.A. Buketov;

In 2018, completed a "Master of Business Administration" program at Nazarbayev University.

Academic degree: Candidate of Economic Sciences.

Career:

Over 30 years of professional experience, with more than 20 years in senior positions in the social sector.

Began his career in 1991. At various times, worked within the systems of the Ministries of Finance, Healthcare, and Labor and Social Protection.

Awarded the medal "Ерен еңбегі үшін" (2012), the Order of "Құрмет" ((2024),( and several commemorative medals.

Actively participates in research in the socio-labor field and has numerous scientific publications and authorship certificates.

On January 10, 2025, appointed Chairman of the Board of the Joint Stock Company "State Social Insurance Fund."

Other Positions:

From 2018 to 2023, served as Chairman of the International Association of Pension and Social Funds.

Since 2024, Deputy Chairman of the Technical Committee on Insurance Against Industrial Accidents and Occupational Diseases of the International Social Security Association.

Since 2024, Editor-in-Chief of the journal Social Policy and Innovations.

Zhunusov Birzhan Ualievich - First Deputy Chairman of the Board of JSC "SSIF"

Education:

In 1995, he graduated from the Zhezkazgan Pedagogical Institute, majoring in Kazakh language and literature, in 2005 from the Karaganda Financial Institute, majoring in accounting and auditing, in 2016 from the E.A. Buketov Karaganda State University, majoring in law, in 2020 from the Kazakh University of Technology and Business, majoring in public and local administration.

Career:

From 1995 to 1996, he worked as a leading specialist in the Official Language Department of the Zhezkazgan Regional Department of Languages;

From April 1996 to June 1996, he worked as a senior correspondent for the Editorial Office of the regional newspaper Saryarka;

From 1996 to 1997, he worked as a leading specialist in the affairs of the pension fund of the Zhezkazgan Regional Department of Social Protection of the Population

From July 1997 to November 1997, he worked as the chief computer support specialist for the Zhezkazgan City Department of Labor and Social Protection of the Population;

From 1997 to 2002, he worked in the Zhezkazgan city branch of the State Pension Payment Center from the position of a senior specialist to the head of the payment department;

In 2002, he was appointed as Director of the Representative Office of the State Accumulative Pension Fund CJSC;

In 2003, he was appointed as Head of the Zhezkazgan city branch of the State Pension Payment Center;

From 2004 to 2007, he held the position of Head of the Satpayev city branch of the State Pension Payment Center;

Career

The total work experience is more than 27 years, the experience of working in senior positions in the social sphere is more than 20 years.

She started her career in 1997 at the medical center of Zhurek LLP in Zhezkazgan from the position of economist to director.

In 2002, she was accepted as a senior lecturer at the Department of Economics and Management at the O.A. Baikonurov Zhezkazgan University. From 2010 to 2015, she worked as an associate professor at the department.

In 2011, she was appointed as a Head of the Department for Monitoring the Development of the Unified National Health System of the Medical Services Payment Committee of the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Kazakhstan.                   

From 2014 to 2017, she served as a Deputy Chairman of the Medical Services Payment Committee of the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Kazakhstan.                   

С 2017 года по 2020 годы работала в должности Советника директора РГП «Больница Медицинского центра Управления Делами президента Республики Казахстан» на ПХВ.

From 2018 to 2025, she held the position of Executive Director of the Association of Individual Entrepreneurs and Legal Entities "National Association of Primary Health Care".

On March 18, 2025, she was appointed as a Deputy Chairman of the Board and Chief of Staff of the "State Social Insurance Fund" Joint Stock Company.

2013 - 2016 гг. - заместитель генерального директора РГКП ГЦВП.

 From 2016 to 2021, worked as a chief specialist at the non-profit joint-stock company Government for Citizens State Corporation;

 From 2021 to 2023, headed the Department of Social Partnership of the Department of Monitoring and Social Partnership of the Office of the Board of the Non-profit Joint-stock Company State Corporation Government for Citizens;

 From 2023 to 2024, he held the position of Deputy Director of the Department of Monitoring and Social Partnership at the Office of the Board of the Non-profit Joint-Stock Company State Corporation Government for Citizens; 

In 2024, he was appointed as Director of the Public Relations Department of the State Social Insurance Fund Joint Stock Company;

On January 15, 2025, he was appointed as Managing Director of the State Social Insurance Fund Joint Stock Company.
