Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan
The Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the field of compulsory social insurance:
1) establishes the maximum value of the interest rate of the commission fee of the State Social Insurance Fund (hereinafter - SSIF);
2) makes a decision to increase the number of social payments from the State Social Insurance Fund in cases of disability and loss of a breadwinner;
3) determines the lists and limits of financial instruments for investing SSIF assets;
4) establishes norms and limits that ensure the financial stability of SSIF.
