National Bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the field of compulsory social insurance:

1) performs trust management of assets of the State Social Insurance Fund (hereinafter referred to as the Fund)based on the investment declaration approved by the Economic Policy Council and the agreement concluded between the Fund and the National Bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

2) carries out the placement of the Fund's assets in accordance with the list and limits of financial instruments for investing the Fund's assets determined by the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

3) keeps records of all operations on accumulation and placement of the Fund's assets, receipt of investment income and quarterly submits to the Fund a report on the status of its accounts and investment activities with the Fund's assets in accordance with the concluded agreement.
