By order of the Presidential Administration, the Ministry of Labor and Social Protection of Population of the RK together with the IT staff under the Presidential Administration, which includes IT experts and IT companies, with the assistance of the Ministry of Digital Development, Innovation and Aerospace Industry of Kazakhstan created a service for applying for benefits from the State Social Insurance Fund (hereinafter - SSIF) for loss of income during a state of emergency (hereinafter - SE).
The service was created on the site of the electronic labor exchange Enbek.kz.
To apply for a benefit from the SSIF in the amount of the minimum wage - 42,500 tenge, you need to follow these steps:
1) visit https://42500.enbek.kz;
2) select "Receiving Benefit 42,500";
3) fill in the form with your full name, IIN, IBAN of the applicant or BIN of the employer, and email;
4) submit the form;
5) the system will ask for your phone number;
6) confirm the phone number with the code sent by SMS message;
7) application has been sent.
After processing the application and checking the data in the State Corporation Government for Citizens, the applicant receives an SMS message about the decision, the information is transmitted to the SSIF for appointment and payment.
Recall, social payment from the SSIF due to loss of income during a state of emergency is assigned to the following categories of citizens:
- persons engaged in private practice (notary, private bailiff, lawyer, professional mediator);
- individual entrepreneurs;
- persons engaged in private practice (notary, private bailiff, lawyer, professional mediator);
- payers of the unified cumulative payment;
- persons receiving income under civil-law contracts, the subject of which is the performance of work (provision of services), for which tax agents have paid compulsory pension contributions;
- employees of large businesses in settlements where quarantine is imposed.
The total time for consideration of applications and assignment of social benefit is 3 working days.
