One of the main activities of JSC "SSIF", in addition to the quality provision of social services, is informing Kazakhstanis about the system of compulsory social insurance.

Employees of the SSIF hold meetings with labor collectives, local executive authorities and public associations, hold joint round tables, field seminars for the population.
Under the direction of Deputy Akim of Karaganda region Abishev J.A. joint meeting was held with the participation of employees SSIF, deputy head of State Revenue Department of Karaganda region, acting head of coordination of employment and social programs of Karaganda region, acting head of Labor Inspection Department of Karaganda region, head of the chamber of entrepreneurs of Karaganda region, director of ISCSP branch "Government for citizens" in Karaganda region.

Specialists of the SSIF informed the participants about the work to increase the coverage of the population with the system of compulsory social insurance and the provision of "composite" services for job loss through the Employment Centers of Karaganda region.

 Speaking to the audience, the experts drew attention to the importance of timely payment of social contributions, the work of the anti-crisis headquarters, the need for interaction between the SSIF branch and state bodies, work with trade unions and the Chamber of Entrepreneurs.

 There was a presentation of the branch of "SSIF" JSC in Karaganda region. According to the results of the presentation the floor was given to the deputy head of SRD in Karaganda region, who explained the reasons for the formation of debt, as well as talked about measures being taken to reduce the amount of debt. Head of the Department for Coordination of Employment and Social Programs of Karaganda Region, reported on the work being done to increase the share of composite services.

During the meeting they also discussed the work of the anti-crisis staff.   

As a result of the meeting it was proposed to include the director of the regional branch of the "SSIF" JSC, in the working group of the Tripartite Commission on Social Partnership and the regulation of social and labor relations, to conclude a memorandum of cooperation between the trade union organization of the Karaganda region and the branch of "SSIF" JSC.

Deputy Akim of the region instructed to prepare a conference call with the akims of cities and districts of Karaganda region to reduce the amount of arrears on social contributions.

On the same day, on the basis of the regional chamber of entrepreneurs "Atameken" a meeting of specialists of "SSIF" JSC with Karaganda entrepreneurs was organized, during which they discussed issues relating to the correctness of the payment of social contributions and mandatory pension contributions, changes in legislation in the socio-labor and tax areas. The meeting was attended by 30 individual entrepreneurs.

The meeting was also held with the heads and accountants of public institutions and large industrial enterprises. The meeting was attended by 31 representatives of employers. At the end of the presentation, the Fund's employees answered the questions of the attendees.
