In May 2017, the branches of JSC "State Social Insurance Fund" (hereinafter - the Fund) held 131 meetings in labor collectives and with representatives of employers (hereinafter - meetings). The total number of employees of enterprises who took part in the meetings was 6,054 people, of which 4,080 were women. On average, 46 people attended meetings per enterprise.

In order to fulfill paragraph 2 of the Action Plan as part of the clarification of the article of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan N. Nazarbayev “Looking into the future: Modernization of public consciousness”, the branches of the Fund in the period from May 17 to May 27, 2017 also carried out work to clarify social security issues and a combination of three areas of modernization proposed by the Head of State N. Nazarbayev: political component (Constitutional reform), modernization of the economy (modernization 3.0) and public consciousness (article “Looking into the future: modernization of public consciousness”) at 35 meetings with labor collectives and representatives of employers.

Employees of the branches of the Fund took part in 34 field meetings as part of mobile groups organized by the territorial Departments of the Committee for Labor, Social Protection and Migration of the Ministry of Labor and Social Protection of the Republic of Kazakhstan and local executive bodies.

Representatives of the Fund's branches in Akmola, Kyzylorda, North Kazakhstan regions organized 6 training seminars with the participation of employees of State Enterprise "Government for Citizens".

At meetings and seminars, employees of the Fund informed:

- about the activities of the Foundation;

- on the procedure for paying social contributions to the Fund;

- on the procedure for making social payments for six types of social risks from the Fund;

- on the procedure for applying for the appointment of social payments, including for "composite" public services in the field of compulsory social insurance.

During the meetings, the employees of the enterprises asked the following questions:

- How do we make the payment of social contributions for employees? In what sizes? At what time?

- Who is responsible for late payment of social contributions? What measures are being taken?

- Which body controls the payment of social contributions?

- How to make a refund if an error is found when transferring social contributions?

- Can an individual pay social contributions for himself?

- Is it possible to return social contributions if there has never been a social risk?

- In what cases are payments made from the republican budget and from the State Social Insurance Fund JSC?

- How and where can you clarify the correctness of determining the amount of social benefits?

- Is it possible to recalculate social payments if social contributions were paid after applying for payment?

- Will the social payment for child care be terminated if the mother goes to work?

- Will the social payment for child care be extended up to 3 years?

- Can I re-apply for a social benefit in case of job loss?

- Are mandatory pension contributions deducted from social payments?

- Can a pensioner apply for a social benefit in case of job loss?

Representatives of the Fund answered all questions within their competence.

- in the waiting rooms of the front offices of State Enterprise "Government for Citizens";

- in the operating rooms of the Personal Service Centers of JSC Unified Accumulative Pension Fund;

- in the operating rooms of the branches of JSC "Zhilstroysberbank";

- in operating rooms of the branches of Kazkommertsbank JSC;

- in operating rooms of regional branches of Kazpost JSC.
