Due to the introduction of the Digital family card (hereinafter referred to as the DFC), since January 1 this year, more than 651 thousand people have received SMS for proactive provision of public services. At the same time, more than 249 thousand people took advantage of the opportunity to receive benefits or payments without an application.
In addition, more than 64.6 thousand unemployed citizens received messages with information about job search opportunities, free training and other measures of state support in the field of employment.
The Digital family card is formed on the basis of data from all existing information systems of state agencies. Today, it has accumulated information about more than 19.8 million citizens of Kazakhstan, or more than 6 million families.
The main goal of the implementation of the DFC is to ensure equal access of Kazakhstanis to the system of state support. In this regard, in the Social Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the Digital Family Card is designated as a tool for determining medium- and long-term tasks and directions of social policy. Also, DFC is a daily "electronic notifier" of citizens about their rights to receive one or another type of guaranteed state support, depending on their social status.
Currently, DFC gives Kazakhstanis who are eligible to receive state support measures the opportunity to issue 10 types of benefits and social payments without any appeals: social payment in case of disability; social payment in case of job loss; survivor's social payment or benefit; benefit to a parent (guardian) raising a child with a disability; disability benefit; benefit for large families; benefit for mothers with many children awarded with "Altyn alka" and "Kumis alka" pendants; targeted social assistance, as well as a one-time payment for burial.
Also, automatic notifications about the possibility of receiving pension payments, the expiration date of the assigned/extended status of "kandas" and employment measures for unemployed persons have been implemented through DFC .
When establishing the right to receive state support measures, an SMS notification is sent to the potential recipient from the unified contact center 1414. A citizen who has received an SMS must respond to it with consent. Registration of the application and the appointment of social benefits or payments will be made automatically with the subsequent transfer of funds to the recipient's bank account.
In order to eliminate the risk of fraud, we emphasize that it is necessary to respond to SMS received from the unified contact center 1414.
If you have any questions, please contact the Call Center by number 1414. The call is free.
