One of the main activities of JSC " SSIF", in addition to the quality provision of social services, is informing Kazakhstanis about the system of compulsory social insurance.

Employees of the branches of JSC "SSIF" for 7 months of this year held meetings with labor collectives of 773 organizations and enterprises, which were attended by more than 26 thousand people.

In addition, branch employees actively interact with the media, local executive authorities and public associations, holding joint round tables, field seminars for the population.

Employees of the Fund inform citizens about the system of compulsory social insurance, introduce them to the main directions for further modernization of the social and labor sphere of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the possibilities of obtaining public services in electronic format through the e-government portal.

At meetings and seminars, employees of the Fund informed, among other things:

- How and where can you clarify the correctness of determining the amount of social benefits?

- Will the social payment for child care be terminated if the mother goes to work?

Will the social payment for child care be extended up to 3 years?

- Is it possible to re-apply for the appointment of social benefits in case of job loss?

- Who is responsible for late payment of social contributions? What measures are being taken?

- Which body controls the payment of social contributions?

- How to make a refund if an error is found when transferring social contributions?

- Is it possible to return social contributions if there has never been a social risk?

- In what cases are payments made from the republican budget and from the SSIF JSC?

All questions were answered by representatives of the Foundation within their competence.
