Today, the Minister of Labor and Social Protection of the Population of the Republic of Kazakhstan Svetlana Zhakupova has presented to the staff Argyngazinov Aibol Argyngazyuly - the new Director General of JSC "State Social Insurance Fund" .

Argyngazinov A.A. was born in Zhetysu region.

Member of the Presidential Youth Personnel Reserve.

He graduated from the Faculty of economics of the L.N. Gumilev Eurasian National University, Faculty of economic sciences of the National research university "Higher School of Economics" (Moscow).

In 2015-2017, he was an expert at the Department of Macroeconomic Analysis and Forecasting of the Ministry of National Economy of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

In 2017-2018, he was the head of the Analysis and monitoring department of JSC Kazcontent .

In 2018-2019 – Deputy Director of the Center of macroeconomic research and forecasting, Director of the center for analysis and world economy of JSC Institute of Economic Research.

In 2019 – Advisor of the Minister of National Economy of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

In 2019-2022 – consultant, head of the sector of the Department of Socio-economic Monitoring, head of the Sector of the Secretariat of the Head of the Presidential Administration of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

Since 2022, hold the position of Director of the Department of Budget Lending, the National Fund of the Republic of Kazakhstan and Interaction on Financial Sector Issues of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
