One of the main activities of JSC "SSIF", in addition to the quality provision of social services, is informing Kazakhstanis about the system of compulsory social insurance. SSIF specialists hold meetings with labor collectives, local executive authorities and public associations, hold joint round tables, field seminars for the population.

On June 27, 2018, the SSIF specialists took part in an on-site consultative meeting with the population on the territory of the Astanalyk market.

Specialists from the Department of State Revenues, the State Corporation "Government for Citizens", UAPF, Housing Construction Savings Bank, the Employment Center and representatives of the Astana City Administration also answered questions of interest from citizens.

More than 500 people applied with various questions.

SSIF specialists gave advice on who is entitled to receive payments from the SFSS, how the calculation is made, what are the features of receiving and where to apply.
