The State Social Insurance Fund is constantly striving to improve the quality of the services provided and create additional information services that are convenient for the population.
One of these services was a system of informing citizens about the possibility of receiving benefits in case of job loss.
Job loss benefits are assigned to persons recognized as unemployed.
That is, in case of a job loss, you must immediately register as unemployed at the Employment Center and apply for a benefits in case of job loss.
The term for receiving this type of payment is from 1 to 4 months. The term of benefits increases to 6 months in cases of dismissal due to redundancy, liquidation of the organization or reduction in production volumes.
The service is available on the website www.gfss.kz in the section “Electronic Services/Right to receive social benefits in case of job loss” or by selecting the quick access link in the upper left part of the main page.
You just need to dial an individual identification number (IIN) and find out if you can receive unemployment benefits, for how many months, where to apply and what documents are required.
