At the same time, during this period, 71.5 thousand people received disability payments, 40 thousand people - payments for children left without one or both parents, 14 thousand people - payments related to the loss of work. 6 billion tenge was allocated for this.

Social payments from the SSIF are carried out at the expense of social contributions, which employers pay at their own expense.    

 From January 1, 2018, the rate of social contributions decreased from 5% to 3.5%.
