On May 29, 2025, a round table was held on the topic "New architecture of the social insurance system: digitalization, demography and actuarial forecasts."

The organizer of the event is JSC "State Social Insurance Fund".

The main purpose of the event is to discuss strategic directions for the development of compulsory social insurance, taking into account demographic changes, actuarial calculations and the introduction of digital solutions that ensure the efficiency, transparency and sustainability of the system.

The Round table was attended by representatives of the Ministry of Labor and Social Protection of the Population of the Republic of Kazakhstan, JSC "Center for Human Resources Development", RSE "Republican Scientific Research Institute for Labor Protection", JSC "Life Insurance Company "State Annuity Company", JSC "Unified Accumulative Pension Fund", NJSC "Social Health Fund insurance", the Scientific Research Center for the Development of the State Pension System and Actuarial and Statistical Analysis of the Financial University under the Government of the Russian Federation, experts from international organizations, as well as the scientific and expert community.

During the event were discussed the following topics: current challenges and prospects for the development of the social insurance system in Kazakhstan, the impact of demographic factors and public health on the financial stability of social insurance, actuarial forecasting, digitalization of social insurance processes, as well as international practices.
