On April 25, 2022, the Minister of Labor and Social Protection of the Population of the Republic of Kazakhstan Duysenova T.K. held a meeting at the JSC State Social Insurance Fund. 

During the meeting, reports on the results of the activities of the State Social Insurance Fund and priority tasks for the future were made by the Director General of the State Social Insurance Fund Kemel N.M., as well as the Vice-President of JSC "Center for the Development of Labor Resources" Nemolcheva A.N. on the development of the sphere of social security and social insurance.

During the meeting, issues of timely and high-quality provision of public services for the allocation of social payments, work with payers of social contributions, preparing responses to citizens' appeals and conducting outreach work on the system of social protection of the population, including compulsory social insurance were discussed.

Minister Duisenova T.K. instructed to improve the activities of the State Social Insurance Fund and strengthen outreach work in order to expand the coverage of the compulsory social insurance system, optimize business processes for the provision of public services.
