JSC "SSIF" continues its outreach to the population in order to advise on legislation in the field of social insurance, protection against social risks, as well as on the protection of social rights and interests of citizens.

In order to optimize the explanatory work, a meeting of specialists with the Deputy Governor of the Kostanay region Marat Zhundubaev took place and participated in the meeting under his leadership. During the meeting, the importance of timely payment of social contributions and pension contributions, the work of the anti-crisis headquarters, the need for interaction between the SSIF branch and state bodies, joint work with trade unions and the Chamber of Entrepreneurs was noted. 

The meeting was attended by the heads of social and financial structures and government bodies of the Kostanay region: Department of the Committee for Labor, Social Protection and Migration, the Department of State Revenues, the Labor Inspectorate, the State Annuity Company, the Office for the Coordination of Employment and Social Programs, Employment Centers, the Chamber of Entrepreneurs and Trade Unions organizations, deputies of Governers of districts of the region (via intercom), etc.

Specialists of the SSIF informed the meeting participants about the work to increase the coverage of the population with the compulsory social insurance system and the provision of "composite" services for job loss and disability through the Employment Centers and units of medical and social expertise. As part of the implementation of the Message of the Head of State of the Republic of Kazakhstan "New opportunities for development in the conditions of the fourth industrial revolution", interaction on issues of social and labor relations was considered.

According to the results of the meeting, the deputy Governor of the region Marat Zhundubaev. specific instructions were given to the heads of departments and deputies of the district Governors of the Kostanay region on the issue of reducing the amount of debt on social contributions, ensuring the strengthening of control over the calculation of social contributions by payers and the work of the anti-crisis headquarters.

The regularity of social contributions is one of the conditions for the sufficiency of payments from the SSIF. Realizing the importance of the participation of the entire working-age population in the social insurance system, the SSIF on an ongoing basis conducts information and explanatory work to involve economically active citizens, including self-employed citizens, in the system.

233 people took part in the working meetings. Meetings were held with employees of the Department of Employment and Social Programs and Employment Centers, at which explanations were given about the work of the Kazakhstani system of compulsory social insurance, what rights and benefits a participant in the system has, why it is necessary to actively participate in the social insurance system and answers to questions are provided. At a meeting with individual entrepreneurs and representatives of the regional trade union center, issues were discussed regarding the correctness of the payment of social contributions and mandatory pension contributions, changes in legislation in the social, labor and tax spheres. During the meetings, many questions were asked and clarified.

The SSIF on an ongoing basis conducts consulting and explanatory work and brings to the attention of all citizens that each employee has the right and is obliged to demand from the employer that social contributions are made in a timely manner and in full.

Involving citizens in a full-fledged economic life and ensuring their social rights and guarantees is an important and strategic state task. Work in this direction will be continued with the aim of maximum coverage of the entire economically active population by the system of compulsory social insurance.
