On February 7, 2018, an Open Doors Day will be held at the Astana branch of the SSIF. This event is held in order to raise awareness of citizens about the rights and measures of state support in the social sphere.

On the day of open doors, Kazakhstanis will be able to learn about innovations in the system of compulsory social insurance, about who is entitled to receive payments from the SSIF, how the calculation is made, what are the features of receipt and where to apply. 

Compulsory social insurance is an additional level of protection to support the working population in cases where income is lost due to disability, loss of family breadwinner, loss of employment, pregnancy and childbirth, or in connection with the adoption (adoption) of a newborn child (children), as well as in connection with the care of a child up to the age of 1 year. In all these cases, the participant in the system (i.e., the person for whom social contributions were transferred) or his family receives social benefits from the SSIF, in addition to those social benefits paid by the state.

All services are free for the population, since the activities of the SSIF are not of a commercial nature, but are aimed solely at ensuring and protecting the social rights and interests of citizens of our country.

The Open Day starts on February 7, 2018 at 10:00, at the address: Astana, 13 Imanov St., Nursaulet-2 Business Center, 2nd floor.
