On February 7, 2018, open days were held at the branches of the SSIF in the city of Astana and in the Akmola region.

The State Social Insurance Fund continues to inform the population about the rights and measures of state support in the social sphere, explaining to citizens the current state of a whole range of issues related to the system of compulsory social insurance.

The event was attended by representatives of the Chamber of Entrepreneurs, a branch of the "Nur Otan" Party, the State Annuity Company, the Department of State Revenues for Astana city, the Trade Union Center, the Committee for Labor, Social Protection and Migration, the Unified Contact Center of the Electronic Government (1414) and medical institutions.

By attending this event, the participants were able to learn about the innovations in the system of compulsory social insurance, about who is entitled to receive payments from the SSIF, how the calculation is made, what are the features of receipt and where to apply. Participants of the event were given the opportunity to ask all their questions, as well as receive individual advice.

The State Social Insurance Fund will hold Open Days on an ongoing basis. On this day, everyone will be able not only to receive the necessary service, but also to learn a lot about both the social insurance system and the work of the Fund as a whole.
