An open day was held at the branch of the SSIF in Almaty.

The SSIF continues to inform the population about the rights and measures of state support in the social sphere, explaining to citizens the current state of a whole range of issues related to the system of compulsory social insurance.

The event was attended by representatives of the Chamber of Entrepreneurs "Atameken", the State Annuity Company, the Committee for Labor, Social Protection and Migration, ISCSP, the State Corporation "Government for Citizens", the Health Department, the Employment Center.

The program of the Open Doors Day included practical exercises to get acquainted with the work of the E-Layout program in terms of assigning social payments from the State Social Insurance Fund JSC, explaining the payment of social contributions and assigning social payments, issues of raising the retirement age for women from January 1, 2018 and changes in payment of the basic pension from July 1, 2018, the introduction of health insurance and insurance against industrial accidents.

Employees of the SSIF focused on the issues of reducing the rate of social contributions, types of payments from the social insurance system, providing a composite service in case of disability and job loss, extending payments for job loss for 6 months, correctness and timeliness of the transfer of social contributions.

By attending this event, the participants were able to learn about the innovations in the system of compulsory social insurance, who is entitled to receive payments from the State Social Insurance Fund, how the calculation is made, what are the features of receipt and where to apply. The participants of the event were given the opportunity to ask all their questions, as well as receive individual advice.

The State Social Insurance Fund holds Open Days on an ongoing basis. On this day, everyone will be able not only to receive the necessary service, but also to learn a lot about both the social insurance system and the work of the Fund as a whole.
