President of the State Social Insurance Fund Saule Dyusenova took part in the work on the draft Agreement on pension provision for workers of the EEU Member States - Государственный фонд социального страхования

The event was held on February 20 in Bishkek (Kyrgyz Republic) as part of a round table, which discussed the draft Treaty on Pension Provision for Workers of the Member States of the Eurasian Economic Union (EEU).

As part of the exchange of best international practices in the areas of social and pension security, a Memorandum of Cooperation was signed between the Eurasian Economic Commission (EEC) and the International Association of Social and Pension Funds (IAPSF).

The document was signed by Timur Zhaksylykov, Member of the Board (Minister) in charge of Economics and Financial Policy of the EEC, and Saule Dyusenova, Chairman of the IAPSF, President of the State Social Insurance Fund of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

EEC Minister Timur Zhaksylykov emphasized the significance of the signed memorandum: "This is a very important document that will allow us to bring the interaction between our organizations in the areas of social and pension provision of workers to a new, better level."

Saule Dyusenova, Chairman of the IAPSF, President of the State Social Insurance Fund, in turn, drew attention to the fact that during its work the association has accumulated significant experience in the field of social security of citizens, mechanisms and tools for its implementation within the framework of integration interaction between countries. “I am sure that our experience will be in demand by the EEU countries within the framework of cooperation to develop the Union’s single labor market,” Saule Dyusenova said.

The event was attended by representatives of the EEC, IAPSF, the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic, competent and authorized bodies of the Member States of the Union, as well as deputies of the Jogorku Kenesh of the Kyrgyz Republic.
