Astana Innovations JSC and the State Social Insurance Fund, in order to improve the level of service and increase the availability of information for citizens, have developed a service for checking the consideration of documents for social payments in the Smart Astana mobile application.

To check, it is enough to dial an individual identification number (IIN) and indicate the type of benefits - for disability, loss of a breadwinner, loss of work, loss of income due to pregnancy and childbirth, caring for a child under 1-year-old.

The service is also available in the section of the website www.gfss.kz "Electronic services\Information on the status of social payments"

The Smart Astana mobile application was created to provide convenient user access to meaningful and relevant smart services and to provide interactive access to information.
