During the meeting, members of the mobile group told about the main sections of the draft Social Code. There were discussed - the issues of implementation of the Digital Family Map, new employment policy, new migration policy, support measures for families with children, modernization of the system of special social services, increasing pension payments.
Citizens were interested in the issues of increasing the size of pension payments, increasing the duration of child care benefits for children under 1.5 years, the mechanism of opening a savings account for children under 18 years of age and the operation of the Digital Family Card.
"Since September 1, 2022, in Kazakhstan in a pilot mode began to implement a Digital family card, which is the "electronic notifier" of citizens of their rights to receive various types of state support, depending on their social status, "- said the director of the Department of the Committee of Labor and Social Protection A. Orazbekov.
It should be noted that since the beginning of the month more than 5 thousand citizens were assigned appropriate benefits and payments through the Digital Family Card.
The mobile group also explained the measures taken to support youth initiatives: "Every year, more than 300 thousand young people reach working age. The future of Kazakhstan's labor market is determined by young people. Already today they make up 60% of the employed population, and by 2030 their share will exceed 80% of the total labor force of Kazakhstan.
To this end, it is necessary to create a system of social elevators and revise approaches to youth support programs.
One of the support measures will be, voiced by the Head of State, the provision of preferential microcredit at 2.5% for entrepreneurial initiatives of young people.
After the meeting, members of the mobile group held a reception of citizens on individual issues, during which the online mode with the help of information systems of state agencies clarified the rights of citizens to receive any assistance or benefit.
