Saule Dyusenova, President of the State Social Insurance Fund, presented the experience of Kazakhstan on the system of compulsory social insurance during the work of the Third Interregional High-Level Round Table on Social Security Issues, which took place in Montevideo (Uruguay).

"The roundtable was held with the participation of representatives of social security organizations invited by the Uruguayan Ministry of Labor and Social Security and the support of the International Social Security Association (ISSA).

Speaking to the participants of the round table, Saule Dyusenova noted that the social sphere has always been one of the key areas in the life of any society, and therefore focus on effective social protection of citizens - the main priority in the development and establishment of a modern state.

Being the Chairman of the International Association of Social and Pension Funds (IASPF), Saule Dyusenova also made a report on the topic “Peculiarities of the pension systems of the member countries of the Association in the context of demographic aging”, in which population aging is considered as the most important and irreversible factor that determines the situation in the 21st century pension provision of all developed and a significant number of developing countries.

The main purpose of the meeting of representatives of ISSA, the International Labor Organization (ILO) and the Iberoamerican Social Security Organization was the exchange of knowledge and experience in the field of social security between organizations of the countries of Eurasia, Eastern Europe and Latin America.
