The procedure for refund of excessively (erroneously) paid UI is defined by the rules approved by Decree of the Minister of Labour and Social Protection of the RK No.28 of 30.01.2023    

         UP payer is entitled to a refund of an excessively (erroneously) paid UP for one of the reasons stated in the application form that is submitted to the State Corporation:
