The procedure for the return of erroneously paid UCP is determined by  the Decree of the Government of the RK dated 18, 2019 № 4 «On approval of the Rules for the payment, distribution and transfer of a single aggregate payment in the form of individual income tax and social payments, as well as their return»  (hereinafter -  Rules).
