Code of Corporate Governance of the JSC "State Social Insurance Fund"

Chapter 1. General Provisions 

1. This Corporate Governance Code of the State Social Insurance Fund Joint Stock Company (hereinafter referred to as the Code) has been developed in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan, internal documents of the State Social Insurance Fund Joint Stock Company (hereinafter referred to as the Company), taking into account the developing corporate governance practices in Kazakhstan and the world. The provisions of this Code are applied taking into account the specifics provided for by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
2. The objectives of this Code are to improve corporate governance in the Company, ensure transparency of management, and confirm the Company's commitment to follow the standards of good corporate governance.
3. The scope of this Code applies to officials and employees of the Company who, including on the basis of relevant agreements with the Company, assume the obligations provided for in this Code and undertake to comply with its provisions in the Company.

Charter of the JSC "State Social Insurance Fund"

Chapter 1. General provisions

1. This Charter of the State Social Insurance Fund Joint Stock Company (hereinafter referred to as the Fund) defines the legal status, goals, objectives, rights and obligations of the Fund, the procedure for the formation and competence of its bodies, the terms of reorganization and termination of activities and other provisions that do not contradict the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan..
