
In her speech, Nursulu Kemel spoke about the results of the Fund's activities for 9 months of this year, about the implementation of new norms of the Social Code aimed at improving the quality of public services, outlined the current challenges and prospects for the development of the system.
From July 1 of this year, the time for the provision of public services in electronic form has been reduced to 4 working days. In the reporting period, the share of electronic services for the purpose of social payments reached the level of 57%.
When assigning social payments, a mechanism has been introduced to adjust social deductions downward in the event that the employer has not made a refund of overpaid social deductions, followed by notification of the payer of the possibility of a refund, etc.
As of October 1, 2023, the compulsory social insurance system covers about 6.6 million working citizens. Social payments from the Fund were made to more than 1 million recipients in the amount of 543 billion tenge.
