A webinar of the International Social Security Association (ISSA) will be held on July 4, 2023
"Proactive provision of services based on a customer-oriented approach", where the Republic of Kazakhstan and the Republic of Estonia will present thier experience in the development of electronic services.
The report "Proactive provision of services and human-oriented social protection" will be delivered by the General Director of JSC "SSIF" Nursulu Kemel.
The Estonian experience will be presented by Mona Soukand, Head of the Electronic Services of the Estonian Social Insurance Department.
